We have a 3 days exchange/return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item due to supplier/manufacturers defect. There is strictly no refund. To be eligible for exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

When shopping, please take time to make your selection, double checking you have the right size and colour before placing your order. Unfortunately, any postage costs incurred to return a product that has been incorrectly ordered are at the expense of the customer. We will not be able to issue refunds for products maliciously damaged.

For orders below $30 a charge of $3 will be made at checkout.
Please note that certain busier periods may slow your order down, so please always allow 48 hours from dispatch for your order to arrive.
